Popular Upgrades

The upgrades that transform a bathroom.

Some of the most-requested bathroom upgrades in our Toronto and GTA renovations — selected for daily comfort, not just visuals.

  • 01

    Walk-in & curbless showers

Frameless glass, slab or large-format tile, recessed niches and linear drains — engineered for waterproofing first, beauty second.

  • 02

    Freestanding soaker tubs

A floor-mounted faucet, a deep tub, and a quiet corner. The kind of bathroom moment a home should have at least once.

  • 03

    Heated floors

Electric in-floor heat under porcelain or stone — a small upgrade with one of the highest daily satisfaction returns.

  • 04

    Custom vanities

Floating or fully integrated vanities with stone tops, soft-close drawers, integrated lighting, and proper outlet placement.

  • 05

    Lighting & mirrors

Backlit mirrors, vanity sconces, dimmable ceiling lighting — designed in layers so the room works at 7 AM and 10 PM.

  • 06

    Small bathroom optimization

Layout adjustments, wall-hung toilets, frameless glass, and tile selections that visually expand the smallest bathrooms.

Design Directions

Three bathroom aesthetics we deliver well.

Each direction can be adjusted to the size of the bathroom and the rest of your home.

  • 01

    Spa retreat

Warm wood-look porcelain, freestanding tubs, brushed gold or matte black fixtures, and soft, indirect lighting.

  • 02

    Modern minimal

Large-format porcelain, frameless glass, integrated vanities, and a quiet palette of white, stone and graphite.

  • 03

    Classic refined

Marble or marble-look stone, traditional vanity millwork, polished nickel or chrome, and timeless tile patterns.

Bathroom Process

From first measurement to the first hot shower.

Most full bathrooms run three to six weeks on site, depending on scope. Ensuites with custom showers or structural changes may take longer — we share the schedule before construction begins.

  1. 01Step

    Consultation

We learn how the bathroom is used — primary ensuite, family bath, powder room — and align on direction and budget.

  2. 02Step

    Site review

Plumbing, venting, structure, and waterproofing conditions are reviewed before the design is finalized.

  3. 03Step

    Design & selections

Layout, tile, stone, fixtures, lighting and vanity are decided together so the build runs without selection delays.

  4. 04Step

    Build & manage

Demo, waterproofing, rough-ins, tile, glass, fixtures, lighting — one project lead, one schedule, one job site standard.

  5. 05Step

    Final walkthrough

Final adjustments, hardware fine-tuning, deficiency review, cleaning, and handover to your new bathroom.
