Discovery call
A short, no-pressure conversation about your home, goals, timing, and budget. By the end of the call, we both know whether we are a fit for the project.

Site consultation
We visit your home — or condo unit — to measure, take photos, review structural conditions, and discuss what is realistic for your space and building.
- 03
Scope, design, and selections
Layout, finishes, and a written scope of work are developed together. The kitchen, bathroom, or interior is designed on paper before any demolition.

Transparent proposal
A clean, line-item proposal — labour, materials, allowances, and inclusions. Nothing buried. Pricing is decided before we ask you to commit.

Scheduling and preparation
Cabinetry and long lead-time items are ordered. We confirm permit needs where required, arrange protection, and lock in trade and delivery dates.

Construction and project management
A dedicated project lead manages your build day to day — sequencing trades, deliveries, and inspections, and keeping the job site clean.
- 07
Deficiency review
Together we walk the finished space and flag anything that is not perfect. We resolve those items before signing off the project.

Final walkthrough
A complete handover: warranties, care guides, finish samples, and the moment you get to enjoy a renovation that actually feels finished.
