Frequently Asked

Honest answers, no fine print.

Costs and timelines depend on the project. The ranges below are typical for our Toronto and GTA work — your detailed quote will reflect your specific home and selections.

  • Kitchen remodel costs in Toronto vary widely based on size, scope, layout changes, cabinetry, appliances, and finish level. As a rough planning range, premium full kitchen renovations in the GTA generally fall between the mid-$30,000s and well into six figures. Every project is quoted in detail after a consultation so the number reflects your actual home and selections.

  • A full bathroom renovation in the GTA typically starts in the mid-teens for a smaller secondary bath and climbs significantly for primary ensuites with custom showers, freestanding tubs, heated floors, and high-end tile. We provide a transparent line-item proposal once we understand the scope.

  • Yes. Aventador Remodeling is a design-build remodeler, which means design, selections, scope and construction are managed under one team. This keeps decisions, timelines and budget aligned from concept to final walkthrough.

  • Yes — condo renovations are a core part of our work. We coordinate around building rules, working hours, elevator bookings and protection requirements, and we plan layouts that maximize compact spaces. Specific approval and permit requirements depend on each building and project scope.

  • Most full bathroom remodels are completed in roughly three to six weeks of on-site work, depending on scope. Larger ensuites with custom shower builds, complex tile, or structural changes can take longer. We provide a project schedule before construction begins.

  • A typical kitchen remodel runs from six to twelve weeks on site, with custom cabinetry lead times factored into the overall schedule. Layout changes, structural work or specialty appliances may extend that range.

  • Whether a permit is required depends on the scope of work and your municipality. Cosmetic upgrades typically do not require permits, but structural changes, plumbing relocations, electrical alterations or layout changes often do. We review permit requirements during the planning phase based on your specific project.

  • In most kitchen, bathroom, condo and partial-interior projects, yes — many of our clients live at home throughout construction. Whole-home renovations and projects affecting your only kitchen or only bathroom may require a temporary arrangement. We talk through this honestly during the consultation.

  • Request a free consultation through our contact form or quote estimator. We follow up to schedule an in-home or virtual visit, review your goals and scope, and put together a detailed proposal with line-item pricing and a schedule.
